All functions work, and it integrates with Google Home well. Could do with a delay or warning for Samsung systems when switching from cool to heat because the controller disconnects from the aircon if it happens too quickly - Samsung recommended 10 mins delay which is probably the cause. The aircon has to be power cycled to restore the connection to Air Touch control panel. The issue can be worked around by switching to heat or cool before turning on the aircon.

I rate this app 5/5 because when ever I have had issues with updating the console their support technicians have helped via phone and email. Lastly, have had a faulty 24V power supply replaced under the 5-year warranty, so very satisfied overall. The console and phone app work perfect as well. It is so good to have great customer service as this is one way to grow any business.

There are quite a few limitations to this app. The timer program. It is very limited to what set points / fan speed / mode you can choose upon program start time. It will default to last used. If you have system running in manual mode in evening with some zones selected, and you stop the unit, in the morning when program starts these zones stay open and system will run on even after your desired stop time. Could be so much better if they listened to people and made required changes.

Concept is great. Program timers don't let you set AC mode (heating/cooling), or fan speed, it defaults to the last mode used, also can only set 1 temperature for all zones in a program. Some dampeners don't fully close when a zone is off. Please add dark mode. When it switches to bypass mode, it doesn't reduce the fan speed, or tell the compressor to stop so It's still drawing power while circulating the air through itself. Sensor says 27 while set point is 20, still screaming its ring off.
