Working fine, I can see/ control my Zircon from anywhere in the house or outside of house remotely. Even it can work without Wi-Fi when I am inside house. With mobile data. L am I using Samsung ordinary phone. Bad thing is this doesn't have auto speed for fan, also no hourly timer, if I want to run the Zircon for next one hour it is not straight forward. The color of power button hard to recognize wheather it on or off. Better to have brighter color for on.

I used my air-conditioning system for almost two years via the touch panel in my house, but I decided to set up this app. However, it just 'worked'. I literally opened the app, and it let me control my air-conditioning from my phone. Just press 'Install', and you're done 😭 10/10

So far no dramas. Works perfect. Connects super easy via Wi-Fi. I do shift work so it's so good to be able to just cool my room down to sleep during the day. And leave the rest of the house open with fresh air for the family

Having a lot of issues connecting to the unit. Have not been able to connect the last 3 weeks. Very frustrating...

Never connect when I want it to connect to the air con unit. Tried powering on and off at the mains, plus re-installing app.

Doesn't connect, utterly useless. Big regrets buying Polyaire product. The
company simply doesn't care in producing very bad apps.
★☆☆☆☆Adrian Wright· Dec 21, 2024
Since the new update, have had nothing but issues with trying to connect both via Wi-Fi and internet. Never had an issue with the app before the latest update. Very frustrating.
