★★★★★ Should this be called UnfAirbnb? Literally, this is a situation in which people triple costs of stays. Every month, Airbnb stays are charging even more excessive rates. Great service. For too many hosts, fees can be extraordinarily high and misleading. Airbnb is consistently deceptive about true pricing. A $100 stay shows as $100 but when you book, there could be another $100 in service and cleaning fees, so $200. It is so deceptive and disgusting.

★★★★★ Many different types and places and easy to use

★★☆☆☆ Airbnb removed my 3-star review. They said the host sent them evidence that I blackmailed them for a refund, which I did not do. I asked them to send me the screenshots the host sent them, but they said they can't do that because the issue has already been closed. I would not trust reviews of properties on this app.

★★☆☆☆ Customer service, listings and hosts keep getting worse and worse. I was reported by a racist host after I cancelled a non-refundable reservation, and they threatened removing my account because the host told them I kept the key, which I had already returned as agreed hours earlier.

★★☆☆☆ First of all take a video of the whole property prior to the 24 hours because you will be scammed. Thoroughly inspect everything and send messages via app because airbnb customer service will side with host. Lastly do not submit your review early as the host will have zero care after they get their 5 stars. The worst I have ever experienced leaves a sour taste from what is supposed to be a great holiday.
