Prices charged were over $100.00 more than the original final charge given, also I booked my room based on the photo showed of what I believed I was paying for which was ocean view, with a balcony on the first floor leading right out to the pool, now I am given the impression it's no different from the lower priced rooms available. That's false advertisement. I would have just booked the lower priced room if that's all I am getting at this price. So please let me know exactly what I am getting?

I haven't received a full refund for a room I could not use due to hygienic reasons. This is illegal, and I will place a complaint with the consumer protection agency.

I have encountered 2 different scam bookings 2 days in a row. Today I was just scammed out of 7 thousand pesos and booking is only willing to refund 2 thousand pesos. Do not use this app unless you have no other options.
