Not exactly a safe app too many scammers trying to book your apartment asking for cab services to pay when they land. The app needs to make adding credit cards compulsory on booking. This exposes property owners to crimes

Terrible app, very unclear instructions, I should be able to modify all options directly on Pulse app without the need of "extranet" which is pointless. The pictures I rearranged on Pulse do not update to Booking. I cannot request a no-show for guests for some reason. Terrible UI and functionalities for Booking hosts, they made it more 10x more complicated than it needs to be. To top it all off, Pulse does not have customer support for its users, you cannot get in contact with anyone.
