Everything perfect. Very useful. But program has a little bug. When the
hotel is full I closed all rooms, but still coming new bookings for closed
days. I had to tell them this is program bug and had to book rooms from
another hotel for them.

Booking and Pulse app still very poor compared to other apps. App still. Doesn't have an option for guests to add additional nights once they have checked in and host aren't able to do the same.

Still absolute dog rubbish app. FULL OF BUGS!!! Worst one is where you close of room dates and 2/3 of the dates will close off despite saying it's closed them, and they'll still be open. Then some sucker will book the date that was MEANT to be closed and omg having to ring booking com to fix it, and it's somehow your fault for double booking!!! This doesn't happen rarely it happens occasionally!!!

It creates problem when you are traveling. From country to another country. It shows network failed even I have a good Wi-Fi and mobile data. Tried troubleshooting in all of my authorized devices for the pulse app. It won't let me sign in. Password and other details are correct because I can log in through web mobile. Contacted customer. Services, they only reply after 2 days, which I find it not good. In this case it should be done in urgent normally.
