They screwed up my phone number and didn't call me on my hearing day, although they had the correct number. I waited a year just to get screwed in the end out of my fair hearing. I give up, and it's partly because of these people

I can never open up this app. When they send me a confirmation code that is supposed to come in text message it never shows up. This app is literally keeping me from communicating with my attorney for my case. It is a very stressful app. I do not like this app at all. I give it a one star only because I cannot give it a zero star. This app is really damaging my legal case.
