As a Billy fan, I couldn't live without it. Beats shelling $100's on tickets. Sooo many great recordings I would have never heard, and here they are.

Awesome especially if you're a Metallica fan wish they would add more metal video concerts on there though from other bands like Iron maiden they have audio but no video for them and no Ozzy but other than that it is pretty awesome the huge Metallica library makes it worth it though and the do have a machine Head entire North America tour on video on there I hope they add full shows on video from Metallica 72 seasons tour they have the audio older shows have complete video

The app crashes pretty frequently as others have reported. My biggest issue is that with the new grateful dead ad on, most of the dead shows now sit behind that new subscription pay wall. I will be canceling after several years of subscription.

THE APP DOESN'T WORK ANYMORE on my 1 yr old Samsung Galaxy16 5G! IT WORKED FINE ON MY PHONE UNTIL I UPDATED THE NUGS APP. ON 1/9! I'VE BEEN UNABLE TO LOG BACK INTO THE APP. EVER SINCE!🤬 I tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the App. At least 10 times & I still can't log in! Checked my Acct. On the website. It says my account is active & I was charged AGAIN on 2/7, but I'm still unable to even log in.🤦🏻♂️ Unfortunately, I'll be forced to cancel after being a member for 4 years.🤬
