Works well. I had a similar issue, as other reviews stated, where my phone wouldn't recognize the device through the app. I believe this is because I paired the device directly to my phone through Bluetooth settings. I "unpaired" the cuff from my phone. Next time I opened the app, there it was. It has been working great so far. I'm looking forward to charting my pressure.

Wish I could actually try the app, but since the Air BP cuff will not communicate with its own app I can only rate 1 star, and hope that others avoid this app, and this manufacturer for any and all health related needs. After contacting support and getting nothing but canned responses and no support whatsoever I can only conclude this has been a waste of time and money. Will be returning all Wellie and Viatom products this afternoon, and going with a reputable company.

App worked for about 1 week and now has been closed for a week - customer service is very poor in resolving the issue.

The product will not connect to Bluetooth consistently and the app is more of a sale catalog than a product instructions manuel. I have reached out for help 3 times and nothing. I didn't buy this for a toy. It is a health product and too expensive to fale 99% of the time.
