2/12/26 - I've run into a design flaw: they surfaced a “connect reminder” during onboarding, but didn’t give KS‑60FW a persistent setting to turn it off later. I am so annoyed at the loud beeping and pop-up that says, Device is disconnected. I can't find a way to turn it off. Please expose a persistent toggle that allows me to turn off the disconnect reminder.

This device is critical to me as I am on oxygen and need to know when it's dropping low, so I can alter my breathing to keep me from going into any dangerous levels, I was put on oxygen because I died while I was asleep, I had woken but way to late for ambulance to get to me in time, I had stopped breathing for long time and went into arrest 3 times on way to hospital. Since then ring has notified me each time & was able to take medicine to relax me and do the job it's to do

When I wear the heart rate monitor ER1 and the app goes to the background or I received a phone call the ” fast acquisition" stops and no data are transferred / saved to the mobile phone. That bug renders the app NOT useful and unreliable. Plz correct it ASAP

I can't log into my account since the new update, all of my data is lost and the O2 ring useless without it. No reply from support via email or chat. I try to rest my password it tells me no account exists, I try to create a new account it tells me account already exists. I try to rest my account from their website, I get no email to do so. This is an essential medical device, it's it totally unacceptable that this happens, and I can't get any support.

It finds my Wellie pulse oximeter, but then it never adds it to my account. I can't do anything with the app if it doesn't connect all the way. I'm using up-to-date system software and app software.
