App is broken tried to update to latest firmware, but it will not let me. Gets to a max of 50 percent then another popup comes up and stops it saying I need to update to the latest firmware and restarts.

I'm unable to update the heat settings for when the concentrator is attached. I even did a factory reset on the actual device. Contacted customer care and was met with an answering machine saying they were unavailable. No mention on when the care team would be available or when their working hours were. I'm a hairstylist and not being able to update the heat settings has made my job difficult. It's stuck on the higher end of the heat settings. I wish there was a way to change it without an app.
