I love my peak pro 3dxl. Best dab rig in the entire world. I'm super, super worried right now though I'm waiting on a response on my warranty claim for the chamber, be careful guys the manufacturer warranty is only thirty days for the chamber because it's considered consumable, which is fair, but I am so worried that I am close to being too late because of the time it takes for the warranty claim process.... God, I'm like waiting with my fingers crossed!!!! This is such a great company regardless!

One thing that I've noticed recently is the synced dabs do not match what really is happening. Ever since it started showing the status where it shows the percentage of synced dabs, it no longer displays correctly. I've tested it myself.

Sucg a great&amazing app i haven't tried it out using voice command yet to tell it to heat up the 3dxl bowl so I can do a dab but defs going to give it a try after it's done charging other than that I love my puff co peak pro 3dxl I'd say the best investment for an electric dab rig&cause of how portable it is you don't have to carry my butane can and butane torch with me with all my dabs&tools&accessories other than having to clean it so much, I love it&very happy with it so far did great job making it:)!

Issues never can get peak pro to stay connected with my device I have z flip 7. Issues that I don't understand why it won't connect I have to continuously delete Bluetooth and reconnect my count isn't correct any more I just use it without the app most of the time now. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE

I've had chamber issues since I got this thing it doesn't register normal chambers I have a 3D XL one that works but if I go into the app I can't use the 3D XL Extreme mode and the hits always feel kind of lacking puff co peak pro. Puffco you guys should really consider lowering your prices if this is going to be the level of standard you hold...

It has been a while since I used my Peak (21AM) and wanted to change some settings. App REQUIRED to update, and now I can't pair to my device at all. In app my device is labeled as a peak pro, and when I try to re-pair it only says peak pro, not Peak. Phone and device were 8in apart and stayed at 0% for 3 mins. I have even deleted the Bluetooth pair my device to see if that would fix it. As it has in the past with this issue. Unfortunately it seems this is STILL an ongoing issue 5 years later.
