This app is exceptionally good and lot better than the mainstream ones like goove, globe and all. The easiest connection setup ever I didn't have to change my Wi-Fi to 2.5 ghz. Literally connected 4 bulbs under a minute. The UI is so friendly and smart. (Like controlling the brightness of multiple bulbs at once) There are so many scenes as well.

Eshan and Jason were very professional and courteous throughout the whole installation. The Surplice app is easy to install on your phones and laptop. There’s many features to customize the lighting effects, so it’ll take a while to use the app effectively.

Having issues with my newepai LED light. Every time I try to connect to the app it shows device is offline and no matter what I do whether turn light off or on or redownload app it just says my device is offline. I can't keep resetting it all over again every time just to use the app to control it through my phone); sadly my light didn't come with a remote all I have is the app to rely on, and it doesn't pair to my LED light

I feel so stupid because no matter what I try, it does not work. This is so annoying. Would not recommend. Most frustrating app set up by far. I regretted purchasing these lights the moment I put them up

This app, together with the In vital lamp, works very poorly. It randomly changes colors and brightness. The In vital company does not acknowledge the issue and is violating EU consumer protection law.
