4 because a lot of the graphics are unrecognizable, latest update did add a few more graphics, just wish it had more graphics that works right, also suggestion please add twinkle control all it is now Is a strobe effect, also control to raise the graphic if needed please

Works pretty well. Could be better but is fully functional. Make sure your Bluetooth is on to start App and lights are on. You will need to give app permissions for location. Have your phone Wi-Fi on to your home Wi-Fi, 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only, give the app your home Wi-Fi network name and password key to connect each time you add a light bulb. Give each light bulb a unique name You can add devices to rooms. Watch videos and instructions, pretty easy if you are somewhat savvy connecting Wi-Fi to phone

Overall great app and a huge variety of light colors and patterns. However, the light frequently turns itself on randomly, and I can't seem to correct that.

Just made an account. Account doesn't exist. You MUST install this app to use lightbulbs. Why? Why does every smart home things need it own app? Two different lightbulbs, two different apps. I have a dozen apps for one thing each. This industry is garbage.

I am using home screen widgets to control my light bulbs, but widgets just disappear on their own. At first I thought I was removing them by accident, but after it happened few times I realized it's not me. Please fix.

If I could, I would rate it with 0 stars. App doesn't work: my phone detects the Bluetooth, but the app doesn't recognize their own products, it never connects with alexa. Don't buy any of their products
