Having issues with my newepai LED light. Every time I try to connect to the app it shows device is offline and no matter what I do whether turn light off or on or redownload app it just says my device is offline. I can't keep resetting it all over again every time just to use the app to control it through my phone); sadly my light didn't come with a remote all I have is the app to rely on, and it doesn't pair to my LED light

I feel so stupid because no matter what I try, it does not work. This is so annoying. Would not recommend. Most frustrating app set up by far. I regretted purchasing these lights the moment I put them up
