Ordered 2 Philips Hue smart bulbs, supposedly easy to set up with Alexa. Total BS!!! Philips Hue app slams you with ads for sex games. Can't even navigate the app without the ads popping up every 2 seconds. Could only get one bulb to detect in Philips Hue app. When I try to connect the second bulb, it asks me to pay for premium. Bloody scam!! Never buy these bulbs!! Never buy Phillips. The app is horrible. And bulbs won't even detect in alexa without being set up with Philips Hue.

The free version is so full of ads that you can't use it. Constantly trying to close full-screen ads when all I'm trying to do is connect to my lights is not a great way to get repeat business. I already paid for the bulbs, I shouldn't have to pay a subscription fee to make the app actually work.

It is a fake app scam with ads and put you pay. Philips Hue is the official app. This one should be banned as soon as possible by Google play. And NOT Sponsored in front of the official app!!!!!

Absolutely horrible with ads! I had issues with this app years ago so figured I'd try again. I couldn't get my Hue light to connect so attempted multiple times to complete factory reset and connect. However, they have SO many ads couldn't even get through the set-up and connection. Had to start over multiple times! I'm not paying $5 to $10 a month in order to turn on/off my light. Very frustrating, I'm deleting this app.
