Loved the app, but the new update would not load. I deleted and tried to reinstall app, but hangs up. I tried installing other apps, and they load just fine. Cleared cashe and data on Google Play Store several times and the app still will not load. Glitch in the matrix? I will see what tech support has to say. Update: I do not know why, but I tried the update with Wi-Fi turned off, and it Immediately took.

Many times accessing, you have to click out again, closing app before your system is recognized on phone, other than that, I can easily control all of my pool, light functions w ease

Hangs up every once in a while I can put it on 2.4ghz but why would a pool app just displaying 485 messages need 10mbps? Update: 8/20/26 - verified 10mbps service for pool app. Still have to open/close the app a few times for everything to be in sync. New issue is that the system time that you can only see in "schedule" is now an hour being actual time which throws off all my schedules. There doesn't seem to be an easy way to change this in the app. Happy to increase my rating if things work.

This app never seems to work properly. Every time I open it, it keeps searching for my devices. I have to close the app and re-open to access the devices. I can use the lift function on my Robot and start the cleaning from the app, but the app continues to show it as idle, and I am unable to increase or decrease the length of the cleaning cycle. I have tried installing and reinstalling the app with no success.
