Loved the app, but the new update would not load. I deleted and tried to reinstall app, but hangs up. I tried installing other apps, and they load just fine. Cleared cashe and data on Google Play Store several times and the app still will not load. Glitch in the matrix? I will see what tech support has to say. Update: I do not know why, but I tried the update with Wi-Fi turned off, and it Immediately took.

Crashes constantly. Sometimes won't connect at all. Every time I open the app I have to close it and open it again for it to connect. Maybe an android compatibility issue as my wife doesn't have as many issues on her iPhone

Glitches regularly. Fails to connect with the Wi-Fi and is overly frustrating with its inconsistency.

In my experience of using this app over several months, I've found it to be unreliable, keeps freezing and won't open to enable to stop/start my robot pool cleaner. Reported twice, no reply. Is there anyone monitoring this feedback? Makes me wonder.....
