I had to switch out my screen logic to the new Pentane pool system. I was a little nervous about the switch, but it’s working out perfectly. I also want to say that their customer service is phenomenal and if you have a questions or concerns, you can email them, and they answer you right away, that’s worth it wait in gold to me. They have been very attentive on any concerns that I have had and have helped me through the whole switching process. I highly recommend

My phone isn't able to connect to the app. It was working as designed, but now it doesn't show my pool info.at all.

This is a huge downgrade from the Easy Touch UI. In the Easy Touch/Screen Logic interface, I could link features to the bodies they supported, now, they are all bundled in the features section which doesn't follow any type of logic flow. I only upgraded because Pentane decided, in their infinite wisdom, to end support for Screen Logic on the Amazon Alexa platform. While there are some improvements from the schedules section, the things that were removed far outweigh the abandoned Screen Logic UI.

5 werk old Pentane wireless jacuzzi pump, and we now have an internal error?! The pump has gone offline 3 times in 5 weeks each lasting at least 4 hours. Now we are waiting on ALL NEW ELECTRONICS to be replaced which means we will be off-line for 1.5 weeks. Our pool company has been great. Pentane thur far, not so much so. I will update this as time goes by.
