So far it works fine. I've had this new pump about a month. Old system was 25 years old, and very well-built. Old one didn't have variable speed. I have a 20,000 gallon pool. Running 40GPM 7am-1pm, 75GPM 1pm-5pm then back down to 40GPM 5-7pm. This is in 90s highs weather. Seems to work fine so far. It was crashing a bit, but I think that's been fixed. Just experimenting with the parameters as to what's most efficient but also sufficient to clean properly. Any tips appreciated!

Must Constantly Reboot the App. We can only perform one function, and then the app disconnects. We have restart the app because it does not stay connected to the Pentane base station. We had Screen Logic for our last pool. That worked so much better.

I purchased Penatir 5800XTRI on 10th August from Canadian water technical service, on 22nd August I got it installed, and since then I think I installed headaches, below is my problem, The app is not ready to connect, my profile is getting deleted after 2 days, Time get change automatically its show Canada EST instead of MST, Salt error even after adding salt its says to add salt, Brine tank is 3/4 full. After writing 20 emails no response.

Editing flow, speed and run time work great. But ... 1) Notifications don't work, a HUGE problem for monitoring dry starts or pressure alerts. 2) Only 1 photo can be added per pool profile. 3) The now-fired pro who installed the pump retains administrator privileges, despite multiple attempts to remove him through app and Pentane intervention on back-end, a GIGANTIC problem. Tech support is slow but persistent: They try to help, but I've been dealing with these problems more than 2 years.
