While I appreciate the ability to monitor the devices I have installed and be searched by potential new clients that may need help with their automation, this app does not give me access to change any settings or schedules on the devices I am monitoring. It seems the monitored client would need to grant access to their personal Home app log in and password to make any changes to the system devices. Location data seems accurate. Water chemistry test results can be entered into Chem Check.

it's been an awesome cleaner. Much better than the sand water cleaner I've had on all my other cleaners. I do wish that there was an easier way to clean the filter tubes. I'm 70 and not that comfortable kneeling to unscrew the nut from the bottom. The software app is very easy to use and is totally functional.

Hate it. Never connects to the app even though I see it in Bluetooth. Can't start the pump manually. Has to be the dumbest thing ever imaginable. I literally want to throw my phone because this should be easy

After trying to sign up for 40 min without exaggeration with my pentane partners account, it never worked, it showed loading while a message "establish connection" was shown, then I called pentane customer service which after explaining to them what I was experiencing with the app, they put me on hold for 30 min and ask me again the same question. Long history short. They hang up on my call while waiting after 54 min in the line. Embarrassing situation in front of a customer. Disappointed:(
