Very disappointed with this service. Book service at your own risk. Your experience is totally reliant on the service provider as the app auto assigns the provider and doesn't let you select the service provider. The service provider is able to extend the duration of the service in order to earn more money, and you have no choice but to pay extra. Customer support is utterly useless in resolving conflicts, offering only meager compensation that doesn’t even begin to address the issue.

I booked multiple appointments only to have them repeatedly canceled day of. Great idea with poor follow though. Will not use again because it wasted time instead of actually being useful.

Apart from US, no other user from any other part of the world would be able to use this app, due to the reason App not allowing to select the country code. You can download the app however to use it you need to select the correct country code, but this app doesn't offer the list of code or names of the countries to be selected. Hence, I am rating low, hopping the developers do fix this bug.

Poor service. Cannot match jobs with providers. No one picks up the jobs, and they call you 24 hours before to say you can either keep waiting or change dates.
