I needed the lid lock mechanism of my washer replaced. I had no idea who to call. I found Puls online & took a chance based on their reviews. I'm glad I did! They kept communication as to the status of the technician's arrival and he (Kei Son) was on time, was personable, knowledgeable, & efficient. It only took him 20 min! He showed me the old part & explained how it works. I believe the service is a little pricey but for the professionalism & warranty, it's worth it!

"Due to high demand in your area, we were not able to find a technician for your requested time frame, so we had to cancel your original appointment time." I received this message an hour into my appointment slot AFTER being assigned a Technician. If someone is assigned to the customer it would be my understanding that factors would be accounted for so that the Tech would be able to meet the appointment window. This has happened twice already, and customer service doesn't seem to exist either.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Folks, pay close attention to the numerous extremely negative reviews posted here re PULS - it's all true. If you want to a) pay twice the going rate to fix your appliance; and then b) suffer the indignity of having them not stand behind their warranty when their tech fails to fix your appliance, then use PULS. They are DISHONEST; they lie and (literally) make things up to deny any obligation on their part to stand by their service. Buyer beware - pls chk their BBB rating.

This company does terrible work, and the app is set up, so there's no way to reopen a service. The only contact options are to call or send an email. When you call, they just transfer you to an unanswered ringtone. There's no response to the email either.
