Worst app/system I've ever tried to use. Notification messages from pro are sent 33 mins late, you can't chat with support and have thumbtack app open at same time, it refers u to chat rather than open app. Support is difficult to reach and unhelpful. App is NOT intuitive and frequently fails to perform tasks or notify either pro or customer. After 16 yrs in business, these people STILL don't have functioning app!! Very high price workers, the biggest collection of low quality, inept workers. WORST!

I wouldn't suggest anyone work and sign up with this company EVER. Once you put in your credit/debit card information they start charging you. Before you can even finish setting up your profile their charging you. This company is a complete scam. You're basically getting charged for ppl inquiring about your business! A business that doesn't have a completed profile with no pictures posted, no description of what you can do, or what your business can offer, you GET CHARGED just bc you signed up!
