They force you to use their phone numbers. They over step; going from lead service to auditor. I don't need thumbtack recording all of my phone calls with my customers, forcing both parties to use these phone numbers that are through their system, so they can record you. It takes your business autonomy away, leaving them to micromanage your clients/operations

Hasn't been letting me unsubscribe from their spam. They are extremely happy to load your inbox with useless nonsense. Response to developer: If I have to get on your site and get on an account to unsubscribe, it's because your company designed it that way. It's a way of creating a barrier so that people just stay subscribed. Its manipulative behavior from a garbage app and a garbage company. Don't worry, I blocked and reported the spam. Your company values are horrendous.

Use to be good, prices are inflated by 20%. Now. I miss the old Thumbtack. Car salesmen tactics, they been infiltrated by big inflated middle men.

They used to be a really good service for contractor, but that was 2 or 3 yrs ago. Direct leads used to be direct leads now 3to5 ppl get the same direct leads and thumbtack charges every contractor for that and every lead. I spent 500 dollars getting 1 lead in 3 days. We shouldn't be using this scam service
