I've been having very good luck with the app. It does everything I need it to do. Very innovative for a hot tub. The connection issues likely have more to do with external updates and the programming process needed to keep it all working. It is pretty cool to have the ability to monitor my spa from 2000 miles away. And leave it for weeks at a time without testing the water. Innovative front of the curve stuff in the pool industry.

I have only had my spa for a few days, but like others have already said, the app has constant connection issues. Not off to a great start. Update: now a few weeks into Arctic Spa ownership, and the app won't open at all. All I get is a message that says, "Arctic Spas closed because this app has a bug. Try updating this app after its developer provides a fix for this error."

The app stops working. I haven't been able to connect in over a month. Tried force stop, turned the breaker off then on, checked the Wi-Fi extender, called tech support, who then called me and gave me another number to call. I called left a message no one ever called me back. I am truly disappointed in the entire experience. Considering how much it cost to buy this hot tub I would expect more.
