Sometimes the app is a bit slow to respond and the UI could be but more modern, but it all functions and is a great addition to the hot tub and one of the reasons we picked this brand over some others.

The app is awesome at keeping me informed about my spa in real time. The connection to the Arctic Spa server allowed head office to troubleshoot a problem I had and fix it from their end. What a world we live in.

I have only had my spa for a few days, but like others have already said, the app has constant connection issues. Not off to a great start. Update: now a few weeks into Arctic Spa ownership, and the app won't open at all. All I get is a message that says, "Arctic Spas closed because this app has a bug. Try updating this app after its developer provides a fix for this error."

The app stops working. I haven't been able to connect in over a month. Tried force stop, turned the breaker off then on, checked the Wi-Fi extender, called tech support, who then called me and gave me another number to call. I called left a message no one ever called me back. I am truly disappointed in the entire experience. Considering how much it cost to buy this hot tub I would expect more.
