After reading the reviews its disgusting that talk still have not fixed there problems can't sign into my account tells you there carrying out maintenance problems that doesn't go on from 2024 im now on 15,07,25 Truly get your acts together I was with you for year’s customer service is pants to what it used to be and to finish it all you cant sign into your account !!! There is something majorly wrong. I will be looked for a new provider for a much better contract customer service and provide

I've been with Talk Talk nearly two years now and had to order a business service as I required static IP addresses, but for the last six months I haven't been able to service my account or set up a new direct debit. The new business website is still being implemented, although it's live, the old one is unavailable and the app is absolutely dreadful. The app used to state 'It looks like we're not quite ready for you yet' when I logged in but the latest update tells me my email address isn't valid!

So talk talk have logged me out of my email account, and now I can't access my main phone account and can't get through to anyone. I have very important emails I can't read. The app sais it will send a code to my email account I can't log in to. Utterly despair
