I had problems with the open box function, I think its designed weirdly in that I probably shouldn't even see it if it's not going to work, and ideally it should just work, that's the entire point of the app. I think let us just queue opening as many boxes as we need after one is closed open the next in queue and make this function more reliable. I don't like the idea of paying late fees this high though not sure if it's the app or the apartment but 2 days is quite a short time

For the record: I started using Parcel Pending in the beginning of August 2026. From what I understand, they had just implemented a new system, and it definitely had some 'bugs" that needed to be worked out. However, that being said, by the end of August, beginning of September 2026, I'm VERY pleased to announce that, so far, ALL notifications have been coming in promptly, scanning systems work on both kiosks, and opening lockers directly from the app works seamlessly. Thanks, Tech Team!

Parcel Pending Plus is a scam. Even with a vacation hold, they charge $5 the FIRST day you're back, without giving you that day to retrieve your package. The app is glitchy, takes forever to load, and you can't even use your phone number at the kiosk. Nothing is more secure or convenient than regular Parcel Pending. There's nothing "Plus" about this service except more fees. Apartments force residents to use it, then residents get nickel-and-dimed.

This app no longer allows me to log in to get my packages. I called and was told "I cannot help you because you cannot log in". Now they hold my packages hostage and charge me for not knowing a package is in a locker and have no way to retrieve it.
