For the record: I started using Parcel Pending in the beginning of August 2026. From what I understand, they had just implemented a new system, and it definitely had some 'bugs" that needed to be worked out. However, that being said, by the end of August, beginning of September 2026, I'm VERY pleased to announce that, so far, ALL notifications have been coming in promptly, scanning systems work on both kiosks, and opening lockers directly from the app works seamlessly. Thanks, Tech Team!

It doesn't always send you your delivery code, and they took away the ability to use a pin to get into the locker, so I have to wait until the next workday for the manager to open the box. This causes my parcels to be late. Bring back the ability to log in to the locker without needing a text message/email from an unreliable service that you may not get.

PSA: It's cheaper to just pay for a UPS box than to use Parcel Pending. They are $33/month in most cases and don't try to screw you like Parcel does. Since they changed the app (without saying you had to download a new app) ive been getting charged $5/day for a package I never received a notification for. Ive picked up numerous packages in the last week thinking "this must be the one im getting charged for" but it's not. Planning to end my use of this intentionally broken app and get a UPS box.
