The app is so will and amazing but their dollar exchange rates are not understandable, when I want to buy a dollar it is 350 PKR (Pakistani rupees). But when I want to sell dollar it is 238 PKR which is too low. Please fix this problem.

Airtm is very good app, but please you need to add more options about verifying your identity, especially for me, I have only my voter ID card, so still now I can't verify my account because I don't have notional ID card but only my voter ID card

Very disappointing experience. My account verification has failed twice without any clear explanation, and my funds have been locked for over a month. I have contacted support multiple times, but my issue remains unresolved. My support ticket (#3361466) has been pending for a long time without a proper solution. I even had to escalate the matter further because I could not access my own money. I hope Airtm improves its verification process and customer support, so other users do not face the same
