The best app for save money ever. If you use the tab ” I'm cashier"... you enjoy the low rates to buy Air USD and high rates to sell Air USD. Please: fix notifications (bell on "I'm cashiers" tab)... I don't understand why each time that I finished a transaction pop up a red point on notification that I don't erase until I open each notification from today until the first transaction of my account in Air TM), and let me change the main currency to others.

Airtm is very good app, but please you need to add more options about verifying your identity, especially for me, I have only my voter ID card, so still now I can't verify my account because I don't have notional ID card but only my voter ID card

The app is so will and amazing but their dollar exchange rates are not understandable, when I want to buy a dollar it is 350 PKR (Pakistani rupees). But when I want to sell dollar it is 238 PKR which is too low. Please fix this problem.

I have been waiting for almost three weeks with no update from Airtm Support. They asked me to submit additional verification documents, and I did exactly as requested. Since then, I haven't received any response or progress on my case. My account is still limited, my funds are inaccessible, and I have bills to pay. I understand that security checks are important, but completely ignoring customers for weeks is unacceptable. Please review my support ticket and provide an update #3383238

Can't verify my identity. Waste of time. There AI won't verify your information no matter how hard u try then they will flag your account. Time waste

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using Airtm. My account verification has been pending for over two weeks despite submitting all required documents. Because of this, my $350 is completely inaccessible, and I have no way to retrieve funds I urgently need. I have emailed support around 20 times and only received generic responses about high complaint volume, with no timeline or resolution. Ticket #3404714. I hope Airtm prioritizes this and resolves it soon.
