My first transaction (deposit) is pending for more than 1 hour. Automatic response help told me that can delay up to 7 days to be processed. I need this money. The help is not answering. The password screen fail.

I can't log in, I get the login email, but after following the link provided, I get a "token expired" message. The workarounds provided by support don't work.

Every time I launch the app it asks for my pin, even though I set up biometrics. And every time I set up biometrics again. And every once in a while, it decides to log me out. Other than that, it works fine, but c'mon it's 2026; login and biometrics should not be an issue in any app. Also, crypto transfers resulted delays a while back, then a couple of months ago they started failing (error 400) even though a minute later the transfer completes... looks like some timeouts need adjusting.
