I do like the app, but now, once the app upgraded it stopped working on my phone which is not rooted. Support sent me a generic reply thus far and would need more specific guidance on the issue because it says my phone is 'unsafe' without any specific parameters. I have a Moto Edge 30 pro. [Edit Review: App started working out of the blue again and support reached out, so kudos for them in being proactive.]

Best online bank, way better than WISE if you use only USD. They not going to close your account for nothing or because you make a lot of transfer etc. I very recommend that app. We just need the physical card 🙏

I used to love Utopia. Actually, I recommend this app to many colleagues that have a foreign work. However, without the crypto counterpart, I am being abused in terms of commissions to move my money from the USA to my country. PLEASE, FIX THE CRYPTO!

Looks like the owners of this app run away with our money. Talking about the digital journey: they only provide support during office hours, not even a ticket can be sent offline for them to reply. Support is automated, and useless. Even if you are logged in, WITH PASSWORD, PASSKEY, fingerprint, and want to chat with support through the app, they still need more details. Even if the details are one page above in the same thread, just scroll up!
