I'm rating this lower until I get an answer. Whenever I try to withdraw my measly savings in Kiln, it will say transaction failed. And if I press the red x, it says "the contract function "redeem" reverted with the follo..." and the error just ends there. I'm also raising awareness for anyone who uses this app. Do NOT use the Kiln function of this app until they fix whatever this error is.

They recently updated their system which led to a friend creating 2 accounts: one for his email and thr other for his phone number. Tried sending him money via the app by using the same method with his phone, but he didn't receive the money that same day due being frozen in the account. My friend tried contacting customer service, but they literally took them almost 24 hours to respond. When they finally responded, they told him that "the money will be released in a month". Don't use this app!

I'm not sure what everyone else thinks about minipay virtual accounts, but I think it's not working as promised. 8 have fully verified my account and have successfully gotten the virtual accounts as promised but all payment that are being sent to the account do not arrive. It keeps saying transfer unsuccessful. I have contacted the support team but are unresponsive as well. Two transfers of €139 Keep asking transfer unsuccessful but yet the money hasn't been reversed to the senders account.
