Ogvio moved to a new platform called due, and they asked all their subscribers to move their fund to the new app called Due. My funds that I moved from ogvio to do has become useless, I see my money but I can't withdraw it nor transfer it out. The due app states that my wallet is external therefore it is not recognized. Why not tell us to take back our money than giving us false hope that our funds are safe with Due. I see my funds, but I can't take it. I'm highly disappointed.

Pathetic service. Rejected my 1st payment with a response that supporting documents are required when receiving a freelancer payment. I provided relevant documents to avoid any unexpected issue but 2nd payment got rejected again. No realtime support is available, no one reply you through email in a real-time and within 30 mins you lost your payment after automatic under review. Don't use this service, you will lose your hard-earned money.
