I like the Aisle rebates (good product selections and fast payments) and was glad they finally developed an Android app. I find it easier to navigate than the website, however, it's a bit more challenging to claim an offer. I don't know if it's the app or my phone (Google Pixel), but the swipe to claim often doesn't respond like it should. I usually have to swipe several times to get it to work.

Causes the entite phone screen to flash snd freak out and then closes itself when I try to change the search location. I will update review if the app gets better.

This app WAS great, but one day it misread my receipt and paid me an incorrect amount (about $6 less than what I should have received). I texted and emailed only to be given the runaround. Here we are 3 weeks later only to be given the same AI response and no money. Will not recommend. Terrible customer service!!!!

Banned my phone number for multiple connected emails, not sure how I even did that? They did not help me when I reached out and now this app does not work. There is no error message it just sends me back to the home menu, no communication. Frustrated...
