This app is a disaster. I know Home Depot can afford to hire programmers, so maybe they should hire programmers to make the app and not drywallers. Aside from being so slow it's almost unusable, I can't add a circular saw to my cart because it hangs up on the Allstate protection plans they're trying to shove down our throats now. It just sits there loading until I finally give up. I love my local Home Depot, but this app is abysmal

This app has become so slow, buggy, and frustrating that I've actually started shopping at Lowe's just to avoid using it. Every update seems to make it worse instead of better. Home Depot is a multi-billion-dollar company, invest in fixing the performance or build a new app from scratch. Customers shouldn't have to fight with an app just to check inventory or place an order. It's honestly one of the worst retail apps I've used. Honestly you should be embarrassed.

Garbage ui and layout. Kept changing the pickup name to mine after every refresh (which it does at every step of checkout). Input zip code. Pick store. At checkout find out it changed the store. Trash 0/5
