-White text. -Delivery pickups segregated by individual check-ins at store rather than all under one check-in. -App doesn't live update nor auto update changes to routes. -Buttons aren't responsive. -Buttons are too close to one another, making accidental taps very easy. -In-app call feature doesn't allow Bluetooth headsets. -Two-Factor authentication is pointless and grating. -Passwords only last two months. -Log-in fails if you minimize the app prior to inputting sms code/email code.

The app fails constantly. Deletes pictures, deletes signatures, logs itself out without telling you, takes too much of our data. It's awful.

Completely unethical app that violates privacy and has you on locations 24/7. Major extra work compared to the old app. It's going to slow us down tremendously without actually helping.

Thus, app is garbage. Home Depot has no business trying to run a trucking company as a retail store. The app doesn't need 2-step authentication. Its privacy invasive. It randomly logs you out and makes it hard to log back in during pressing times of working hours.

This app is an invasion of privacy and dost even work correctly. It slows us down because we have to fix the route and log out then log back in. half the pictures we take disappear or somehow get deleted. Do we really need to be micromanaged this bad? Get rid of this app and let us do our thing that has worked for the past 10 years. We also should not have to have a 2-step verification.
