I had to contact my bank multiple times due to scams. I contacted customer service of Shop, and they said there is nothing they can do. They do not fet their sellers, and do not have a process to get them off the app. Poor ethics. Use etsy. They stand behind their guarantee of ethical sellers.

The main issue I have with shop is that some of the vendors are not reputable and there is mot an easy way to notify anyone. It is also hard to track orders because the orders don't always include pictures of the items due to be delivered. I order a lot of items and some items have never shown up...yet the ability to contact the seller or clear up the list or explain what is at issue is not as user-friendly as it should be.

Shop has a vulnerability where dodgy vendors can make an order that you never made appear in your account. You are then unable to report as a fraudulent because when you hit report it takes you to a generic report page rather than link/ pick up the details; also, this broken report stream forces a different log in than your app session. Reporting "issue with order" does work though, but that's not what we want to do! Huge waste of time, do better.
