I had ordered a spin mob which came defective which was supposed to b replaced bt they frm their side cancelled it n said they wl pickup bt the delivery boy without coming remarked that customer wasn't available, aftr complaining they said pickup wl b rescheduled bt since so mny dys they are nt initiating pickup n neither is der a call facility nw. plz don't buy frm Amazon d shops r better guys. Pathetic service, no one to solve the prob n dint me complained numbr too.It's been a week yet no response

I have been a regular Amazon customer, but this was my worst experience. My prepaid Samsung Galaxy F36 order scheduled for 10th July was cancelled on the delivery day without any call or delivery attempt. Customer support gave unclear reasons, and senior executive DoorDash was rude and unprofessional. My refund was also delayed.Also, when I told them that I will post the recorded call with their senior executive as a review they pleased me like seriously??!!! Very disappointing service!!!

The delivery is unreliable. They show that order will be delivered on same day but that won't work. When called to customer care they say some issue with delivery team.
