"Amazon is a super shopping app. I really love shopping on Amazon because our parcels get delivered in just 3 to 4 days. Even though the prices are sometimes a bit higher, we get genuine, branded products. However, it's not like everything is expensive; many items are available at low prices on Amazon too. I like it, and Amazon's delivery is superfast!

Worst service! My order for Cetaphil product has been stuck for hours with false status updates like "On the way, but running late". The delivery agent lied about arriving, and I wasted over 4 hours waiting. To make it worse, the app does not even allow me to cancel the order or get a refund! I had to register a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH Docket: 10192993). Pathetic customer support and delivery management. Fix this immediately!

My entire order is missing but on amazon platform showing it is delivered to me. I have not received any call or WhatsApp message from amazon for delivery. I have raised my query to amazon, but they are showing that they will reply me on day after tomorrow. It is worst help support that I have seen. I will not order anything again from amazon no matter how important to me that. I will use flipkart or anything else, but I will not use amazon again. It is worse experience ever 😡😡...
