Three big issues make shopping using this app very difficult. 1.) Recent reviews cannot be viewed; a "selection" of reviews are now featured using Amazon's own criteria. 2.) Reviews can no longer be seen by star-rating. You are only allowed to see the selected reviews which Amazon has curated for you. 3.) "Free returns" are no longer free. Either pay 8 dollars at UPS or provide my own box and print my own return label; the product was shipped in a bag; I have no box; I have no printer.

Things keep being delayed delivery and no compensation for late delivery they just excuse it away like it is no big deal and do it again.

The app used to be great, but recently it was redesigned, and now it is next to impossible to order groceries. There is no longer an easy button which lets you select your shipping location on the homepage. The location icon next to the search bar is broken and in an individual item page, the link to change the delivery location is also broken. If you try selecting your groceries without the correct delivery address input already, the app tells you the groceries are all undeliverable. 😞
