Was once the best and only way to shop online still is to some point but needs to install more of its own locker points in smaller villages. Relying heavily on third-party drop-off networks causes unnecessary friction—especially when living in a rural area. I recently drove to local Mondial Relay points with the correct paperwork, only for the return to be refused

You guys messed up my order I cancelled a simple goddamn miniature and ordered a 8ball keychain and what comes Monday the figure you guys need to fix your cancel and order system so this can't happen to anyone else.

Terrible service. They took my money and my order was still cancelled the day It was supposed to be delivered to me. I really needed that stuff on that order for college, and it just took my money from me.

I used to love Amazon for everything. Now they have implemented the Amazon Now feature prioritizing more money for Amazon over customer convenience. Trying to force me to use Amazon now and not letting me purchase my everyday products regular delivery. Also, only showing Amazon Now times. Hiding the delivery days in the shipment options that are not Amazon now. I don't appreciate this shady business practices that make it more difficult for regular customers. Now it's forcing me back to stores.

Amazon has had my package delayed about 50%of the time. As a prime member you would think the would care more to get your package out in a timely manner, but really it is just whenever they see fit.
