Prime packages never shows up when it's supposed to and when It says get It today with prime, you go to check out. It makes you pay like 9.99 or 2.99 or some price just to get it shipped. If that's the case, then what's the point of me paying for Amazon Prime to make matters worse, I had a supervisor tell me that they were able to expedite the package. And it would arrive tomorrow, well, tomorrow's arrived and no show

No longer can you search without Alexa insisting on "helping" you. Searching is slow, Alexa is not helpful, there is no need for AI that you cannot opt of. The app is now completely useless.
