The difficulty to reach customer service has become a real pain. It keeps sending you to the automated service which doesn't allow you to contact someone directly and keeps routing to nonexisting options for delayed orders that can't be canceled even when they haven't shipped. Very frustrating

Amazon has been messing up orders an incredible amount this year. They also completely ruined the search with a bunch of useless AI, which doesn't show you a fraction of the products you search for. There's also an issue that's been happening for so long where if you pay for same-day, they will still sens it multiply days later due to issues. Feels incredibly like false advertising to me to strip more money from our pockets.
