I love this store and love that they have an app. Although, every time I'm on it about 10–15 minutes into looking the app freezes up or when I save items to my favorites list, it won't save after so many saves. It's frustrating.

Just love this store. Especially the seasonal and Holiday sections. I could spend a lot of time and money shopping there. Sometimes I do even though I have to drive an hour to the closest one. Please open one in Sevier County Tennessee in the Smokies. 🤞🤞🤞

Don't use and shop here... The app crashes, and they processed an order charging me for merchandise and when I called to verify my order it was never place but still charged. Better merchants with apps that work are available. Still waiting on my money to get back into my account. Complete garbage! 0 out 5 for At Home stores and applications including web pages.

(longer loading times) The new update/UI looks fine, but has made it take significantly longer to load when I tap a product. The old version was faster.

Unusable. The loading time for products is absurdly long, and you can't filter out items that are out of stock.
