After I make order and after payment the second day oraimo cancelled my order, and they have not refunded my money back this is a scam and not reliable. Fraud

In as much as u sell good product, u should have parts for repairs and faulty stuffs u sell. I have bought a lot from oraimo, but ur after sales support is the worst. I bought a blender from ur app, upon receiving it, I found out that it was a bottle container (who does that in this age!?). After few usage it fell and broke. Oraimo customer support is saying that's the end. I can't buy a replacement for what was a disaster waiting to happen. It means my close to 80k is gone. This is pathetic!
