Good app, but logistics for Zaria needs fixing I reached out via email asking them to include Zaria, Kahuna in the address bar. That request was ignored. I ordered a kitchen drainer and had to pick Kano as the closest city. Delivery guy called from Kano, I confirmed I’m in Zaria. He said he’d reroute it. Days later the app status changed to “Delivered/Collected” but I never got the item. Until Zaria is added and delivery is properly tracked, I can’t recommend this app to anyone in my city

I am extremely disappointed with Oraimo. It has been almost two weeks, and I still have not received my order. The tracking only shows "Exception" without any explanation. I contacted support by phone, email, WhatsApp, and Messenger. I received no email reply, no follow-up after Messenger, and only "You will be delivered" on WhatsApp. I ordered early because I knew I would be traveling. This experience has made me lose confidence in Oraimo, and I don't think I'll buy from them again.

I placed an order since on the 2nd July till date I haven't received the package and haven't even received any call from the delivery personnel relating to the package and while tracking the package I have seen that it have arrived at the alaba store since on the 3rd of July and all the delivery personnel suppose to get the package to me isn't picking up according to the tracking details
