Very easy to follow, not strenuous but effective. Would be nice if: 1. There was a sound for the very last exercise ending 2. You are able to repeat the days' workout. Currently, once u finish the workout you cannot redo it. You're forced to move on to the next day. Will review my review as the days go by

I love the app's concept and execution, but there's one big issue for me that means I won't use it. My phone is my radio (among other things). There's no music or anything in the app and when the workout starts it kills my radio which kills my motivation. I can restart it, but there's a chime every change up, and it kills my radio again. I can't sit in silence doing these exercises. I have found no place in the app to turn off sound and no way around this.

The exercises are not easy, especially not on injuries Or authorities. Doesn't actually count calories with one days of exercise. You only cut 7 Calories. You eat more than that in a day, so it wouldn't really be helping anyone And it also drains my battery. An app also crashes. If I see any results I will change my rating.

Not free at all, totally garbage, and this app discriminates against less mobile people. ALL THE SEATED EXERCISES COST MONEY!!! It's garbage, don't download or give any money to terrible people like this.
