Has all the stretches you need, but it doesn't switch sides. So you'd end up finishing an exercise doing only the left side.....you can always restart the exercise and the opposite side of the body but why not get it all done at once. Although good app

Lots of stretching exercises routines available with proper illustrations, instructions and video demonstrations. This is my daily stretching companion now. Would love to have a history of my daily stretching workouts. Hope you will come with more features soon.

I want to give it five stars, but sometimes the poses do not load properly. Still, it's an excellent app, and I recommend it. I would pay for a pro version to remove the ads because now my body is already dependent on it, which has never happened before. It's forcing me to be healthy. I would recommend to add reminders to switch sides between poses and the ability to lengthen the time.
