I think this could be a GREAT app for people who want to get flexible/ do the splits/ back bend etc. EXCEPT in the custom exercises it does not SAVE the order of the exercises you arranged. ALSO, there should be a way to save MULTIPLE custom workouts. Also, they should add more types of stretches for the back. I will come back and rate it FIVE STARS if they fix these problems by the next update!!

Some starting stuff but some new stuff I had not seen and quite challenging. Overall very good.

Generally good. But after update in old version part disappeared numbers of repetitions(there numbers are even still can be seen on screenshots here in Google play(Simple exercises, so you do not make mistake doing them. After a couple of weeks I feel that I am more flexible)

Poorly thought through app: bad English encourages you to stretch until you feel the muscle sprain. Some exercises don't end unless they are cancelled and complex instructions with inadequate diagrams make this a poor choice.

Interface forced full screen, I can not use this app because it interferes with navigation buttons.

I used custom routine, and it won't allow me to go to the actual exercise or the next w/o skipping the credit. Very unrewarding!
