I really like this app. Has been great for me wanting to get back in to working out. Layout is very good, and Dumbbell exercises are awesome. Only issue I have with this app, is it deletes previous days workouts. Workouts not showing up on Calendar. Only shows current day then deletes previous day. Otherwise, this app has been instrumental and helped me get motivated to work out again. Thanks!!!

This app was so good before last path, then it started wasting yor time 5s time 20 just to swith directin during warm up, and not giving you enough time after superman to pickup dumbbells forcing you to constantly paus the app.
