It's a great reference for form and create a workout that works for you! I wish I could look at the exercise and see what muscle group I'm working out instead of trying to find the workout I want to do by selecting the muscle group I THINK I am working out. This would be helpful as I'm a beginner! I also wish I could play my music at the same time or integrate my music to play through your app, like couch to 5k allows. Otherwise, I like this app! Very helpful for beginners.

Good but apps need to be merged I like the app but I won't be buying the other ones as I would like to integrate them into a single workout program and I don't feel like logging into separate apps in the middle of a workout. You should design one app and have add-ons that people pay for. I would buy that. That's my million-dollar idea for you :-)

Nothing is there... Ok so there are no exercises listed even if I pick a muscle group. The videos don't play and don't even attempt to load. I even tried resetting the phone and put it on Wi-Fi and on the 4glte network and still didn't work. Just returned it and uninstalled.

Needs premade workouts. When trying to create one from another workout there allways exercises missing. The other stark fitness app has loads of pre-made workouts

Won't download properly After around 7 reinstalls just to get the in-app media files to download correctly and 433 MB of my mobile data (this is without the Wi-Fi), this app is still not functioning properly. The thumbnails are blank white squares. The videos play but still... If the app server can't host the media files properly, they should have included it all in the Play Store. Glad I didn't buy the body weight one... I was going to, but I won't now from what I've experienced with this one.
