Really like this app! Great longer 4 to 8-week workout plans or daily workouts focusing on particular muscle groups with only dumbbells and bench required. I didn't have a ton of experience with dumbbell exercises. This app takes all the guesswork/ homework out of making dumbbells my primary way to build muscle.

As for a beginner's POV, it's very good. Most explanations are clear enough, there are many workouts to follow, the (one, only one!!) music puts you in the right mood, and the prices are the best that can be found. - BUT - The app lacks sets, which makes 'manual' creation of sets quite a nightmare (find the required exercises, drag-order them, modify repetitions and weights of each exercise). Moreover, weighs are 'whole' numbers, thus you cannot define half kilos, for example.

I did not explore much of the app. I got 3 ads just by simply moving from one menu to a different menu. If ads are that aggressive, it's a no for me.
