Love this app I was in therapy for my lower back arthritis, the therapist created a routine using bands to improve motion. I purchased this app and was able to set the same program. Now I stay more focused following the program and not stop to read the program. Just wish it had more leg workouts. You get a lot of apps for the small cost, well done!

Great App I don't have time to go to a gym, this app helps me do a quick 15-30 minute workout each day.

Great app for resistance bands workouts and videos to follow

Helpful App I like that there are various angles displayed for the exercises. Helps to get the positioning right. The included workouts are good. I'd like to see more.

Looked promising Sadly none of the videos would open or play. Tried at home & in gym, on 4g and over Wi-Fi. Therefore, completely useless for me as I wanted to use this in the gym.
★☆☆☆☆A Google User· May 2, 2015
VERY limited For the $, there are FEW exercises listed. They aren't even categorized for muscle group. Very unorganized. Do not like and regret buying.
★★☆☆☆A Google User· May 11, 2015
The user interface was fantastic, but the reason why I refunded was there was only 2 leg workouts. Only 2. I KNOW there is more out there. And in general not much to it. When LOTS more moves, mostly leg workouts, are added, I'll consider repurchasing. At this time I refunded it.
★★☆☆☆Scott Wood· Jan 11, 2021
This app has great potential. Exercise images and videos are nice, but it lacks many exercise routines and setting up a workout is very confusing and difficult. This app could be a five star with some simple improvements user wise and more exercises to choose from.
