Recent changes:
- Reps per side now follow your setup. When your bands make an exercise one-sided, like Tricep Extension with a loop band alone, reps show per side and the exercise guide says so. Seated Hip Abduction, with the loop around both knees, shows plain reps.
- Fixed: the first change to a resumed workout, such as adding, replacing or removing an exercise, could be lost.
