Love that it's a resistance band, but...it should have a preview, so I can prepare the bands needed before I start. Although it can be paused, so I can prepare, I feel like I lose my enthusiasm. Then again, I haven't nor had enough time to break it in being that I only used it twice. I'll update when I get some experience, but so far, it's great app for resistance if not the first I have come across. Good job in your effort because I WAS SURPRISED how many exercises you came up with bands, :)

The exercises are fine, but I don't like changing over for the orherside halfway through the exercise because you lose time and reps. Moreover, I find it stressful, and I'm trying to de-stress. An option to change this would be great.

Best resistance band app I've found. Wide variety of exercises. Very customizable workout routines. Paid the $1.99 for Premium - well worth it.

I enjoy using the app, and it is user-friendly. So I decided to buy the full version - what a disappointment. Thinking I would get more excersises for chest & core with the premium version but nothing new. So what did I pay for? It unlocked excersises that are available in the full body workout - so nothing new. Do not waste you money on buying the premium version. There is nothing new. The core and chest exercise section is really weak. Keep it as a free app.

Uninstalled. The exercises are rushed with no time between switching left to right. By the time you get setup on opposite body part your time is up with no pause for setup. Not workout friendly.

There is not enough time to switch positions. I understand there is a pause button, but I do not want to be trying to be in position with the bands and then try to unpause. Also, there is zero instruction on how to hold the bands. You are stuck trying to decipher the way the image is holding the bands to work out. It's definitely not an app for a beginner at bands.
