Simple and effective. I like the ability to set the length of the workout. I've been using this app for well over a year. I've seen improvement in my physical fitness in part as a result of using this app for cardio.

It is a good app with lots of customization based on skill and time available, but I would say that it would be better if at the start they showed you a list of the exercises, and you could express your confidence with them. And from there they could build you up to the ones u were unsure of.

Really poorly made timing system, go to skip one due to any circumstances, and instead of resetting the timer to that hiit excessive, it just restarts the entire session

Downloaded the app, which seem to want me to either accept the standard ad settings (despite the option to customize) or buy a subscription. So I uninstalled it again after only a couple of minutes. So much for the review which praised "no obnoxious ads"! 1 star because I can't give 0.
