Great! I love the fact I can pick my own exercises and make my own workout. Yes the music is the same, but there's always something with an app if you want a slight negative. That said, I don't mind the music if turned down. Or you could silence it and put your own music on. One of the best apps I've found. Basic and simple and does what it needs too. Very happy with it.

Not just great 👍 but Amazing app. Here's the full disclosure, I'm drenching sweat like I had the most massive shower 🚿 haha. I did mma 8 straight years and this app is kicking my butt. I'm on the advanced level but still, I was wondering which app is going to give intense cardio where you sweat your socks off and get ripped, well if that's what you're looking for, look no further this app is it. They need some ui updating but CANNOT complain as u get ripped!!!!

Great app. But the end of each exercise needs to have a jingle sound indicator, for easy notice. Also, 3 seconds preparation time for the next exercise is not enough for a new user who is not familiar with the exercise in question.
