Alot of you all are saying u don't have Dumbbells.... Fill water in two plastic bottles and use it as your dumbbells till u can purchase dumbbells. That's what I do.

Just downloaded and couldn't even start: Too many ads. After every action one ad is shown. No other fitness apps integration (I use Google fitness for tracking my activities). Too difficult exercises for beginners. No music/voice change options... I don't know about others, but for me this app needs lot of improvement.
