Just right for me. Set the total time, rest 3 seconds before switching and keep going and be done no waste of time in between. This is my 4th app for arm workout and sticking with it.

It's a good app, I like it. The only thing that I didn't like was that the transitions from one exercise to the next were too short.

Like I can choose 5–10 minutes. Think can go further, but I'm just starting and using 5 lb weights. It's clear, simple moves, I'm on my 60s and looked long for an app I could live with. This one's perfect.

I paid for all the daily works a long time ago. Except for the 🧘♀️ yoga. Why do I have to pay again to be ad free

It's the same exercise every day, sorry, but it's boring for me

Not easy to use or user-friendly like the older versions. Very disappointed that this is what improvements are, just annoying extra steps.
