Does what it says on the tin, no BS. Straight forward. Lets you select target zone (full body, upper, lower, back) and length, then simply guides you through stretches.

What a piece of garbage! "Stretching asks for your consent to use personal data", if you don't click consent, and instead you click "manage options", you will get "offered" their premium "one-time purchase". If you don't get that, you're back to clicking consent. "For sites, your choices are saved in a cookie named “FCC DCF” for a maximum duration of 390 days.” You cannot use the app in any way shape of form if you don't consent to them selling your data.
