There isn't a ton of time between exercises, so you have to move quickly! Also, (and this is important), when you select a time duration for the workout, that time isn't continuous. I selected 30 minutes for my workout and finished closer to 1 hour in real time.

Great workout app! I had a kettle bell lying around and wasn't sure how to work out with it other than American/Russian swings. So I downloaded this app have been following along to all the different workouts. I didn't realize a kettle bell was so versatile.

Cany adjust the time for reps, only the workout. Doesn't show you how to properly do any of the workouts

Would be nice if the full body workout didn't include 90% squat moments. I really don't want to do squat variations 20+ times in one workout. It also seems like a waste of money if I cannot skip these repetitive moments.
