Excellent. Exactly what I wanted. Wide range of exercises with no fluff. I wish every app was like this. Easy to use. Straight to the point, no blah blah blah instructor. Just do it. Time is great and includes appropriate rest intervals. If I could write code, this is code that I would write.

Won't let you access app without accepting choice of advertiser's. Can click to remove some. But when you confirm choices, it just takes you into the "pay for the app" screen. Additionally, it said £3 to get the full app, so I closed it and re-opened to see if it was a bug, and this time it told me it needed £7! Scam app unless you pay the first time you open or are happy with advertisers tracking you.

Pretty scummy that you can't opt out of all the tracking without paying even to just check out the app. If you opt out you're presented with a mandatory payment screen otherwise it takes you right back to the invasive trackers screen and forces you to accept if you want to continue.

Couple reasons why I don't like the app: 1 the exercises are too generic. I see way better routines on Facebook reels. 2 why only 30 seconds per exercise? Let the user dictate the duration. 3 WHY do you insist on splitting sides in the middle of the routine? Allow the user to do the full time on one side, then allow a break and a new routine on the other side. You do not get enough reps in 20 seconds. I like the timer option.
